PP's Christmas Wish-to-Play-List

Hello! We are Project Play. We are a small grassroots organisation based in Northern France. We work with children and families on the move who are often living in informal living sites. The aim of our organisation is to help mitigate the effects of toxic stress by running informal play sessions 6 days a week.

For many children around the world, Christmas signifies a season of warmth, festive meals, joyful family time, and brand new toys. For children and families on the move in Calais, the holiday season generally means the opposite. Weather conditions in Calais are dire, shelters are filled to capacity, and resources are overall low. To alleviate the effects of these hardships on the children we work with, our wish this Christmas is to give the biggest gift of play we possibly can.

To make this possible we will need to expand our bank of (creative and essential) resources, and for that, we require your help! This is Project Play's Christmas "Wish-to-Play-List", constituted of various "gift" items that would allow us to give our gift in turn: enabling children's play.
